Chapter 11: Alternate Solutions - Part 2 - In this video Isaac has to get the Marker loaded up on the executive shuttle with the goal of returning it to Aegis VII. To do this we first must maneuver the Marker around the Cargo Bay dealing with Necromorphs and tentacles, then load it onto the shuttle in the Hangar Bay (more Necromorphs) where Daniels and Dr. Kyne are waiting. After reuniting with Nichole, we are able to board the shuttle and fly it down to the planet.
Sidenote: This is listed as Chapter 11 Part 2, but it covers all of chapter 11. Chapter 11 Part 1 was running around the Ishimura to finish Scientific Methods and complete the master override.

In this chapter you are able to get the There's Always Peng! trophy by finding the Peng treasure. Just head down the elevator in the Cargo Bay, turn left, move the box with Kinesis, and get it out of the locker. The treasure is obtained at 3:40 of the chapter 11 video. I've also created a 50 second YouTube Short showing this.

Story related and cannot be missed
After calling back the shuttle, jump on board and head to the surface of Aegis VII.
IMPORTANT: When heading into the shuttle, the game will tell you that this is the point of no return. Don’t continue quite yet. Instead, head back to the nearest save point, and create a new save here, one that you won’t overwrite. This way, you can go back and explore the USG Ishimura if you need to.
After calling back the shuttle, jump on board and head to the surface of Aegis VII.
IMPORTANT: When heading into the shuttle, the game will tell you that this is the point of no return. Don’t continue quite yet. Instead, head back to the nearest save point, and create a new save here, one that you won’t overwrite. This way, you can go back and explore the USG Ishimura if you need to.
