On my YouTube channel I've created a pair of gameplay walkthrough videos covering chapter 10 of this game.
Chapter 10: End of Days - Part 1 - In this video Isaac's goal is to reach the executive shuttle and install the singularity core. This takes us through the crew deck. We are able to find the Crew Deck Keycard to get into the Central Nexus where we find Mercer and Temple in a conflict. After this point we periodically have the Hunter pop up to pursue us as we make our way through the area.
In this video we find Benson's Rig, the Zero-G Basketball court to play Z-Ball, pick up Advanced Engineering RIG schematics, and die 0 times (Total Death Count: 10).
Chapter 10: End of Days - Part 2 - In this video Isaa continues to be stalked by the Hunter while making his way to the executive shuttle to install the singularity core. To get to our destination we have to destroy multiple tendrils that are blocking our path. We also bump into Dr. Terrence Kyne who explains the Marker must be returned to Aegis VII to end this for good. Once we arrive and install the singularity core, a final showdown with the Hunter (and many other Necromorphs) begins. Completing this fight allows you to see the fate of Dr. Mercer and set us up for the next chapter where we'll try to return the Marker to Aegis VII.

At 16:30 in the part 1 video I came across the Zero Gravity Basketball court where the Z-Baller trophy can be earned by completing level 6 of the game. It's a pretty simple game. Grab the ball that drops with Kinesis and shoot it through any of the 4 colored target holes. Getting the ball in any hole gets you 5 points, and you'll get 10 if you shoot it through a hole that's lit up. As you progress metal blockers will occasionally cover the holes. To complete level 6 you need 220 points. The mini-game isn't hard, but this might take you a few tries. The achievement (recorded on Xbox Series X) unlocks at 22 minutes into the video after getting the required score. Don't forget to collect your rewards from the lockers in the next room.

After heading back to the tram, save and go to mission 11. It will unlock then.
