After upgrading your weapon, on the next screen, drop down and break the wall to the left to reveal the path to the secret location #2.
After escaping from the monster, you will ride down a big elevator. Soon after, you will reach an area with a couple of moving platforms. Ride one over to the right and hit the switch. Go back over and then drop down to another moving platform. Jump off to the right and go down using the elevator to the bottom floor. Break the wall to the right to reveal the path to the secret location #3.
