How to unlock the Pirate Grand Master achievement in Deadliest Warrior Battlegrounds - Definitive Guide

The glitch with the pirate seems to be fixed now.
You need to Level up the Pirate class to rank 25 to get this achievement.
You should go get the 100 kills achievement for this class first in about two Free-For-All Rounds. After that you should be around rank 10.
The best way I found to level up was to do a private Plant the Banner match on the map Isle against one bot. Just sprint for the banner and capture it three times without fighting the bot. The bot wont be able to touch you. It will take around 2 minutes 30 seconds a match including the loading times. You will earn 2500xp a game. You can get an extra 250xp if you decide to get one kill on the bot for the first blood bonus but that can risk you dying which will make the match longer. I Just focused on capturing the banner. This should take around 2 hours to get to rank 25. Hope this helps.

Just wanna point out I unlocked this one at level 24 not 25

Had to get the full 25 myself. There was a helmet that unlocked at 25.

While not specifically a guide, there appears to be an issues with XP not saving for the Pirate. XP seems to disappear when you reboot the game.
If you are going to go for this achievement, do so in one sitting.

I do also think the faster you run through the better earlier today I was averaging matches in 70 seconds . the faster you do the better the chance . also I did it after I came home from work so my box was off all day not sure ,if it helps .

I lost My XP at Rank 8, 21, 22 And 24..
