. You can do this at multiple spots in the game. Be careful, because you will always lose one health doing this.

To tackle an enemy you must hold 
to sprint while sprinting you should automatically tackle an enemy when one is in front of you. There will be plenty of places to do this, but the video shown is in Act 1, Scene 2 (End of the Tunnel).
