You get the revolver in the end of Act 1 Scene 6. First you will need to shoot your 6 bullets with

. Then quickly press 
6 times in a row to reload really fast.

In Act 1 Scene 6 (Checkpoint Charlie), there will be another flashback and this will be a gun tutorial. When it says reload press your 
button as quick as you can, and the achievement will unlock. If you don't do it fast enough, you can keep refilling your bullets with the ammo boxes to your right.
This can be done whenever you have a gun and bullets, but this is the best place as your not wasting your ammo.
