Once you unlock the "Tainted Love" achievement by finishing the game, don t quit the game. BE PATIENT and watch the outro with the sailing boat.
Edit : According to Toamikel's comment : I pressed B to skip the credits and the achievement popped when it took me to the main menu.

Thank you so much! You just helped me with leap frog. In a bit of a hurry so i dont waste achievements in other games. I did not want to watch the credit but now i guess i have to. I always watch it normally so i guess this wont be any different after all. Thanks!

Id just like to add that instead of watching the credits, i quit the game (returned to dashboard) then loaded the game back up, as soon as i got to the main menu the achievement unlocked.
