This is a full Collectibles Guide!
Deadlight has 73 Collectibles. These 73 are the following Items: 10 Diary Pages, 60 Secrets (15 are ID Cards but they counts a secrets) and 3 Handheld Machines. In addition there are 6 upgrades for Randy, 3 Health Upgrades and 3 Stamina Upgrades.
You can by chapter or scene selection collect missing Collectibles. Make sure that you complete the Scene / play to the next Scene for saving you Collectibles. In the Scene selection you see also if you miss an Item or not.

Why would this get a negative =|
It was perfect, I LOVED that it had links in the descrition per scene of the game! Saved me allot of annoyance! Thumbs up from me!
Actually, only thing I would improve on this guide was to say that you need to complete each scene for the items you pick up to be saved and counted for. =3

I feel the same way as WhistIing Wolf. I went though a part 10 times before I read his comment about having to finish.

This achievement requires all hidden secrets to be found. In scene select or by pressing 
while in a scene, you will see a magnifying glass with a number by it. It shows how many secrets are in a level. This way you can keep track of them. These secrets include the stranger's IDs that you find throughout the game. There are a total of 60 hidden secrets. Follow the guide below to get them all.
