How to unlock the I want it all achievement in Deadlight - Definitive Guide

To earn a 100% completion in Deadlight you will need to find all the secret collectibles, IDs, handhelds and Randall's memories and complete every level. Most of the collectibles are extremely easy to find, where as the handhelds and the odd few collectibles are fairly well hidden and off the standard path.

Note: If you're jumping between chapters, make sure you progress until the game saves. If you pick them up and quit, you will find that you need to re-collect them again. (Noted in comments below).

The following list will detail how many collectibles are in each act and level:

It appears as though you need to finish the level when using scene select or the collectibles won't save. I picked up a missing collectible and exited out and it didn't save it. I tried again just getting to the next checkpoint to see if that would do it and no such luck. Please confirm and add to your guide. Thanks!

I do believe that is correct. I know it's not mentioned, but when I recorded this I just went through the whole game in an hour or so and didn't really need to drop out.

The achievement unlocks when you pick up the last collectible, so if you missed the one in The Big Bird (the suckiest level in the game), save that one for last since it's near the beginning.

Some of these Collectibles you show in the video are wrong and don't even count as a collectible but you've included them as one. Like the tape recordings on the Hunter act. I followed this guide but ended up one short because of this.

I included the extras as well as they technically are collecitbles, they're just not tracked.

Yeah but one of the videos didn't include the collectible itself.

You must complete the entire scene for the collectible(s) to count if you are replaying scenes. There will be a note at the top of the screen saying "Status Updated" when it saves what you have collected as the new scene starts. You can then view your status and see if you have gotten everything needed from that scene.

I only missed one health pack. It's so good to know I can just select the level and grab the item without having to do it all

Are the health packs necessary for this achievement? If so, what levels are they on, since they are not listed in the chapter selection menu?

To answer my own question, no, I don't think so. I only collected 2 health packs (I think there are three), but the achievement did pop when I picked up the last item on the list.

For the 100 % Achievement you must beat the whole Game and collect all Collectibles. Here is my full Collectibles Guide.

Deadlight has 73 Collectibles. These 73 are the following Items: 10 Diary Pages, 60 Secrets (15 are ID Cards but they counts a secrets) and 3 Handheld Machines. In addition there are 6 upgrades for Randy, 3 Health Upgrades and 3 Stamina Upgrades.

You can by chapter or scene selection collect missing Collectibles. Make sure that you complete the Scene / play to the next Scene for saving you Collectibles. In the Scene selection you see also if you miss an Item or not.

In the first spoiler is the Collectibles Video for all 3 Acts and below the clickable Timelinks for each Scene. (Open in new window!)

100% of Deadlight requires the following:
All Secrets
All IDs
All Diary Pages
All Handhelds
All levels completed

Complete Guide:

Part 1: Welcome to Seattle
Part 2: Hunters
Part 3: The New Law

Interactive Guide:
If you've played through the game, and missed some collectibles, you can use this guide to click on, and skip directly to the location of the collectible in the guide.

Click next & previous to skip between pages. It works better if you pause the video.

The Interactive Chapter select video makes this leagues more useful than the other videos. Not having to randomly jump through a video and try to recognize the area you are searching for is very appreciated.

The best solution I have found is on ign. Not mine at all, but I'd thought I'd throw it out there. It also has pictures instead of videos, which I found more useful and less of a hassle.

Act 1:
http://www.ign.com/wikis/deadlight/Act_1_Collectibles

Act 2:
http://www.ign.com/wikis/deadlight/Act_2_Collectibles

Act 3:
http://www.ign.com/wikis/deadlight/Act_3_Collectibles

Edit: Once you collect a collectible it does not register, you must then beat the chapter. You will know you have beaten the chapter when it says "status updated" above your head and displays the back button.

If you die you do not have to collect the item again, but you do have to beat the chapter. Each chapter is roughly 10-15 minutes long so its not a big deal, but you can not save and quit immediately.

Also, already collected collectibles do hot have to be collected again and wil not appear after being collected once.

In order to get 100% in Deadlight, you must complete all Acts at 100%. There are only 3 of them. You must find all all 3 handhelds, all 10 diary pages, and all 60 secrets (which are also what the IDs count as). The achievement will unlock after beating the game if you got them all up to that point. If not, you can revisit scenes in chapter select.

Go HERE for a collectibles guide.

To get 100% you need:

- find 3 electronic games
- find 10 torn pages
- find 60 clues
- complete the game

If you have finished the game, but have not collected everything, you can download the required level.
