This side quest can be done during chapters 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18.
After completing the Delivery Man Q side quest, go to Becky's house and talk to Becky. Sometimes you have to talk to her more than once, but you need for her to give you the engagement ring. Once you have the ring, go back to talk to Quint at his trailer, he can be usually found there after 4pm. Once you have given the engagement ring back to Quint you will complete the side quest.
