Go to Harry's Mansion when it is open and check your map, you will see a notepad icon further into the house. Go to it and read Michael's diary, he will say he lost an item at the Diner. Inside the A&G diner in an empty booth is a Bird Carving, take this to Michael at Harry's Mansion between the hours of 21:00 and 22:30.
