This achievement is unmissable since it is part of the main story .
To get it simply play through the fourth chapter of the game, "Landed in Prison". The difficulty does not matter for this achievement. You can play it on easy if you want to or you can jump directly to the hardcore difficulty to work on the difficulty related achievement.
