This achievement is sort of unmissable(!) and is for slapping Wolverine about.
After completing the sewer mission you will start the next level after crashing the blackbird and carrying Wolverine.
After you throw him on the floor, approach him and press LB to interact, and chose X to slap him.
Now just keep pushing/mashing X (it lasts a while) and after Deadpool runs through a list of why he is slapping him, he will eventually stop. Cue achievement unlocks. Don't push B to stop at anytime!
