This achievement can be obtained in the "Death Baby" level.
After the mine cart section and initial fight helping Cable, death asks you to pick a statue - chose the speak no evil one (orange/yellow)
A teleport will open, and head towards it.
Once inside, you start in a queue for the carnival - and are prompted by LT or RT to wait patiently or try and jump the queue.
Stay quiet throughout (LT) and when you reach the front this will unlock.
P.S don't forget about the high score achievement available while you then play the carnival. Good luck!!

Dam. My first play thru I was being patient many many times, but finally jumped.... should have waited one more time

When you are in line at the carnival the game will prompt you to choose Patience or Think Quick, always press
to choose the 'Patience' option and you will earn this trophy in about a minute. This is done when you get the Orange idol.

During the "Death, Baby" stage, you'll be standing in line for a Carnival ride and you'll have the options to "Be Patient" or "Think Quick". Keep choosing "Be Patient" until you get to the front of the line.
