Use the High Risk character on level 0173-1 (World 4 - ELIO, Stage 1), You have ten seconds to kill ten of the slow moving medium sized cubes that all spawn as soon as the stage starts, very easy. Or, if you're impatient you can do it with High Risk on the first level, you'll probably die at least once near the end, but it shouldn't matter.
