Didnt pop for me. Stuck at 97%. Anyone else have this issue?

not sure it this will work for you but had the same problem did not pop after credits. backed out of the game. quit from the dashboard. then went to the hub/club to check progress and achievement popped.

Yea I've heard alot of people having the issue with this one, and the collecting all the secrets as well. I think a re-install has pretty much always solved the issue. Let me know if it fixes it for you!

Sounds a bit like the "Done! ... Unlocking" issue since the solution is exactly the one posted by BeetleB99 so whenever you have an achievement you think/know you have met the requirements for but it just won't pop, you should always try to: "check the appropriate page on Xbox.com for that exact achievement. Simply log in to your Xbox account (if needed) and it should force the stuck achievement through the system".
I have personally also had luck with unlocking an achievement in another game to get a whole bunch of achievements unstuck, so if you, like me, don't want to go through the process of reinstalling just for that last ach to pop these are certainly worth a try first.

There are 80 levels total in the Story Mode. You need to complete all 80 for this trophy. The difficulty ranges throughout all the levels but if you are having trouble, please see below for 2 videos showing the solutions for all 80. These do not all have to be done in one sitting but will only unlock one at a time as you progress through the levels (finishing level 2 unlocks level 3, finishing level 3 unlocks level 4 etc.):
