I got this on Party mode level 2. Press left stick and right stick to the right so two of them fall down and then quickly press RT and press both sticks to the right so the other two fall down. If you do this quickly enough, it will be recognized as dying at the same time.

only thing to add is having to press LT also to get the yellow one to move.

If you can't do it as per Sangriaz solution, which is how I did it.
Then go to level 3 you have to stack them like a Totem, hence the level name, stack them up and then just use the red one to walk off the edge and all 4 will die.
