During the opening sequence of the game, use the scanner to highlight lost packages (LB). Make your way over to one of the packages and press (Y) to load the package on your back. Simply make sure you bring the package down the hill to the checkpoint and you should automatically deliver it as you progress into the next phase of the prologue.
