Very, very early in the game - Chapter 2 in fact - you'll be tasked with delivering a handful of drugs to a distribution centre west of Knot City. En route, you'll be introduced to Post Boxes and have to avoid some rain and possibly BTs.
When you get to the distribution centre, before going inside, click
to scan the area. You should see the memory chip highlighted just a short walk to the left of the centre entrance (as you're facing it).
Pick it up and deliver it the the centre.
