During Chapter 2 you'll be tasked with doing your first proper delivery and being given a bunch of ladders and a climbing pinion along with the goods.
Leave the base and go into the world. Hold
and highlight a ladder and press 
so you're holding it. No place the ladder using the left and right triggers to aim and deploy to unlock the achievement.
Immediately afterwards, stand at the end of the ladder and hold down
(IIRC) to dismantle it!
