At a terminal, select private locker. You will have pair of boots on your feet and a pair listed as on the boot clip.
Select the ones that are on the boot clip and press
, then select put on footwear. This will switch the shoes and unlock the trophy.
You can also change boots by selecting up on d-pad and use right joystick to select boots (right slider selection) and use to change footwear.
