Your 1st opportunity to get this is episode 2 after you connect your 1st affiliate. An option will be added to donate weapons or equipment on the delivery terminal. Select a ladder* in your inventory and choose donate.

* can be any equipment or weapon in you inventory. If you don’t have something to donate, fabricate one while at the same terminal.

Find the terminal and simply transfer weapons/equipment to other players

In any delivery terminal, select “general storage” then “transfer items to players” and select absolutely any item
