During the prologue you will start with some “smart drugs” to be delivered, after a couple cur scenes in which you wreck your bike (something Reedus would never do) and meet Fragile, you have to pick up at least 1 of the 4 pieces you start with and you can pick up other “lost” stuff too. Use 
to scan for nearby stuff. It will also show you the destination. Pick up at least one lost item and make your way to the destination terminal and hold 
to enter delivery mode. Select at least one “lost” item to deliver to its rightful owner (items are selected by default) and confirm. There is your 1st trophy,
