While out roaming, press the touchpad to call out for other online players. You get the trophy by hearing a response back.

May want to update solution, as you can get this trophy, even offline, and with no PS Plus subscription.
Basically, an " echo " callback counts. What you need to do, is find a valley, either very large, or surrounded by steep walls. For example north of Point Knot, near the mountain walls, or near the Musician area in the recess of the lake/river that has mountains on the sides. If you call out, and it echo's, or you get a response from the echo that varies a bit.. it should unlock. I got this while climbing the valley North of Port Knot heading to Cap City and I didn't even have a PS Plus account. Game still allows you to see online stuff, but you just cannot " go online ". No idea how it varies, unless it is the structures you build. I assume it will unlock in most areas that get an echo. / As of April '20
