this achievement is easiest with 2 human players. make sure you have a flat map ( it is easiest with that )
**you can also use two controllers, if you dont have any friends or cannot find anyone to boost this with, credit to lucas1987**
go into create game, set options to where you can start with 2000 dollars, you dont have to set it that high, but any of the settings will work.
you cannot do this on the first round, you will not have the option to "weapon shop", but after the first round is over, be sure to purchase missles. once the round starts, the player going for the achievement, DO NOT move your analog sticks, the games starts your tank pointing straight up into the air, have the other player that is helping you fly or drive over to you, park both tanks right next to one another, when the player who is going for the achievement is ready have them shoot full power straight into the air, after this is done, either hit right or left to move your tank the opposite way of the other tank that is right next to you, have the other tank, player 2, drive right where you was at when you shot into the air, and after a few seconds the missile will come right back down onto where you was at..rinse and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 shots and achievement unlocked.
this is alot easier then trying to shoot it across the map 3 times in arow and making sure they are in the air for more then two seconds each time, the missles are a little difficult to control with the analog sticks.

I was struggling to get this to unlock. In the end I went to mods, set it to only missiles, reduced the firing time to the minimum (I think 1 sec), set the damage to 1, sat on top of the other tank and fired about 6 missiles straight up. It only unlocked for me on the 5th missile coming back down (maybe it's picky about what counts as a hit). When I was only firing 3 missiles up it didn't seem to count :/

To get the achievement, begin by aiming almost straight up in the air and then shoot one missile. The missile will fly out of the screen, but will come back and hit the ground. Drive the other tank to the exact same spot where the missile landed and then just shoot three missiles and make sure that the missiles hit the tank.
