This is done on "UpDaam" in the "Evening". Make your way up to Dorsey Manor at the very back of the map, I suggest hugging the left side and climbing up the castle walls to avoid any detection. Once near the top you'll notice a single door which leads into the bar/presentation room. You'll need to hang around for 3-5 minutes in the rafters until Aleksis makes his speech. You can identify Aleksis by his black outfit and two orange submachine guns he has on both hips. As he starts speaking (above the trapdoor), drop down behind the big red sign on the left-hand side of the room. Behind the sign you'll notice a button - when pressed it'll will drop Aleksis into the Grinder and bag you the achievement.

In my game he had a red suit, but still the orange guns. His speech was the same. I missed the opportunity the first time as I was watching for a black suit. I waited around a long, long time and he never gave another speech, so if you miss the chance it may be better to retry on another loop.

You're better off either listening to his speech (he talks about pharmaceuticals) or tagging people that you think are him (down on the d-pad) and then holding down on the d-pad again to get more information.
