I got this doing The Complex at night. I killed the eternalists near the entrance and then headed over to Egor and killed them. There's mostly nothing but traps in this map so there's no searching around needed.

Great level suggestion;
Clean, quick and easy.
When I did it, I still had the game on Online mode;
The invader left after 30 seconds.
Not (personally) killing Juliana didn't seem to matter, still got the cheevo.

Description is fairly straightforward. Easiest place to do this might be The Complex in the evening. This only works when Egor is present (the default condition), so you can divert him to the party. If you divert him this area becomes inaccessible in the evening.
The Complex in the evening has, I believe, a total of only 5 Externalists. One will be lying on the ground near where you start, moaning and complaining and essentially helpless. The other four are staking out the mouth to the tunnel ahead, two at ground level behind boxes, one up on a platform, and one over on the right. They will all have their backs to you as you approach.
Once you've killed them all, you then need to work your way through the traps in the tunnels ahead, and kill Egor (remember he'll be using Aether to turn invisible, but he's not particularly powerful otherwise). After that escape and the achievement will unlock.
If Julia invades, you'll obviously need to kill her as well to escape.

The easiest place to do the this achievement is definitely The Complex at night. Other than the one Visionary there (Egor), there’s literally only a handful of Eternalists to kill, all of which are by the entrance/exit. Best to kill them last though, so you can kill Egor with ease.
One warning, do look out for the Eternalist who’s shivering on the floor pretty close to the exit – you’ll hear him moaning - as he's easy to miss (he's part of the Deathday Suit (25G) achievement). Do all that and the achievement is yours.

To get this trophy, simply kill everyone during a time period in a single district, including any Visionary if present.
