This can be easily done on "The Complex" during "Evening". Unequip all weapons, slabs and trinkets before loading in. Once loaded in take your first left, follow the frozen river to the right, hack the two turrets on the hill, jump over the wooden boards, remove trip mines before continuing forward to Egor. Do a silent takedown to kill him and then retrace your steps back to the exit. See my video guide below on how to get 4 achievements in one run!

G.O.D. of O.S.P. unlocked for me, but the other three are just not happening.
Because Julianne kept invading, I even did your vid on speed run to avoid it. Keep in mind I did not pick up any loot, just started bee-lining for the exit once Egor was dead. Made it in time, no invasion, and still no achievements.
I even tried doing these in Fristand Rock with Fia and Charlie in their love shack, which is probably just as easy as Egor in the Complex at night. You just have to slip by a few Eternals which is easily done with Shift and Aether.
While I got the achievement for shooting them both with the same bullet, nothing else unlocked.
I really hope they fix this game...

I achieved this by doing the complex at night. This map only have four eternals at the start who you can easily kill with the machete. Then it's just a matter of getting through the map avoiding the traps to kill Egor. Make sure none of the traps kill him and avoid the mines. I didn't risk shooting them incase that counts as "using your gun."
The route I picked was to go to the left of the tunnel at the start, after the eternals, and through a small trailer on the hill. Then I followed the path down to the laser mines, disarmed them, then went into the control room disabling the laser mines and the cameras. When you get into the control room go through the right hand door, there's a bunch of laser mines on the walls. Take them out and hack the camera outside the door to the left. Be careful, there's a mine outside the door. I tripped it and it alerted Egor but didn't void the achievement. I then followed the path to the right all the way to Egor and gave him a taste of machete. He uses camo so you can hack the nullifiers to stop him from using it if you need to.
