Once you've completed a full first loop on single player you'll unlock "Protect the Loop" on the main menu. This will give you the opportunity to play as Julianna and invade other online players.

You have to unlock this mode first by playing some missions with colt in singleplayer and i highly recommend you boost this. Im trying to get this legit and its a giant pain in the ass because you have to kill colt multiple times while he only needs to kill you once. The connection is god aweful too so its really luck based.
From the main menu select the 2nd gun and play as juli.
Select the left red option at the bottom where you invade a random timeline. Select your loadout, id recommed something with quick reload and always use the mask ability.
While trying to find colt he gets marked or pinged by an orange symbol when you are near him, also you can kill npcs and run through traps without setting them off.
Also if you reach level 5 you get a perk really powers up turrets if you are nearby that helped me finish off colt really fast.

This is not as simple as scoring a kill on Colt. He has his own Revivify slab, so you’ll potentially need to take him out three times to grab the trophy.
