The Oops achievement can be accomplished in Updaam in the Morning. From the start, take the path on the right, follow the right side up to a cliffside. There you will find an eternalist looking over the cliff alone. Sneak up behind her and kick (R3) her off the ledge. Make sure she lands on the land below for the achievement unlock.

This trophy can be obtained by giving an Eternal (or presumably a Visionary) a death from falling off a ledge. The easiest way this can be obtained is kicking an Eternal off the side of a cliff and having them plunge into the abyss. If you sneak and go towards a single enemy and do this, it is very simple and drama free to do.
However any non-fatal shot that puts someone over a rail on a stairwell, a cliff or a platform that results in their death will award the trophy. I won mine buy shooting an Eternal over a set of stair rails with a shotgun.
Eternals are scattered throughout the areas of Blackreef. The earliest you can achieve this is more or less during the "tutorial" portion of the game where you explore the starting areas looking for the door code (4204).

(press it in) big boot is your friend with this achievement. You simply have to boot someone off a cliff or high ledge and have them die for you to get this achievement. Just creep up behind someone on a precipice and press them without them knowing. By far the easiest way, although you can do it in combat if you’re fighting on a high roof.
There are loads of places to do this easily and stealthily, but none more so than on the left-hand side of Charlie’s roleplaying island in Updaam (we did it at noon, if that helps). There’s a few guys having a smoke on the edge of the cliffs there, one who is the easiest kill you'll ever get. Do this achievement there if you haven't got it yet.

Very easy. As soon as you see an enemies near a high place, just kick him. The easiest one is the first enemy you encounter in the game. instead of stealth killing him, sneak up to him crouched, stand up when you're right behind him and then kick him with
