How to unlock the Rip And Tear achievement in DEATHLOOP - Definitive Guide
Easiest way to do this is via Maka91’s guide that uses a combination of Nexus and Havoc. I tried dozens of other times and methods and did it his way on first try.
Updaam Afternoon
Right on spawn
Climb up the ledge on the right side when you walk out the door
Kill one enemy on the rooftop
Jump across the gap towards the large stage
There is a turret you should hack.
Use Havoc then immediately switch to nexus and shoot the enemy
If you have the nexus urgade that improves chaining enemies this will tag a ton of enemies
Then just shoot with the shotgun.

Worked at this location after deploying Havoc a second time during the same run, I hit 2 exploding paint guys connected with Nexus with the shotgun that explodes enemies when they die and the achievement popped.

The damage from nexus doesnt count as havoc damage. I know because I killed the whole group of guys several times with nexus and no achievement. And then I tried killing 4-5 enemies with only havoc and then popped.

I tried several methods from the solutions presented here with no success.
Here's my method:
Updaam afternoon
1 shot kills
Loop stress minimal
Trinket: Juiced Up
Havoc slab with Withdrawal and Euphoria.
(Withdrawal refills power meter as you damage enemies.)
Work your way to the front of the library killing anyone in the way. Go around the left side toward Otto's place. The street in front of Otto's has 8-10 Eternalists. Activate Havoc and start killing as you move down the street. If you still need kills just keep moving looking for a couple more in the street around to the right.
Achievement unlocked for me after trying this the first time. Hope it helps.

I couldn't get it with Nexus, but was able to do it your way. The withdrawal upgrade for Havoc was the key.

This might take a few attempts. For the Slab Upgrades I used Backlash and Withdrawal.
For Weapons I used the Peppermill, with the ability to do more damage to tagged enemies. With the trinkets Big Box, Hailfire and Perforator. With the Limp 10, with the ability to do more damage with the final rounds. With the trinkets Hipster, Big Box and Hailfire.
For character trinkets I used Never Say Die, Last Stand and Juiced Up.
I did this outside the Library at Updaam in the evening.

As simple as it sounds, this one: equip Havoc, activate it, and decimate some Eternalists in one usage. There’s loads of places throughout Blackreef where loads of Eternalists are hanging around, the following places and times make this super easy:
- Updaam – Morning – The Library
- Updaam – Noon – Near Otto’s Workshop
- Updaam – Evening – Dorsey’s Manor
This trophy is a little tricky but doable. The best location for this, is in Updaam during Noon, near Otto's Workshop.
Start with this loadout:
Start with this loadout:
- Slab: Havoc with Withdrawal and Euphoria power-ups
- Weapon: Purple Strelak 50-50 with Big Box and a trinket that will grant you high damage
- Personal Trinkets: I suggest the one that grants you extra power and the one that will drain your life once the power ends.
Now, go to Otto's Workshop and you will see many Eternalist around it. Use havoc and start to kill all of them quickly, trying to not waste many bullets. If done correctly, you will unlock this trophy.

Easily done Downtown after lunch. A concert is held in the square in front of the library, at which 12-15 enemies are present. We apply Affect, throw an improved plexus, kill the nearest dummy.

It’s also very easy to do in Downtown in the evening at Alexis’s party. There are plenty of enemies, they themselves run to the slaughter. We install the “Withdrawal Syndrome” improvement, enter through the main entrance, the energy is replenished with each kill, so shooting 10 enemies there is not a problem, especially if used in conjunction with the Plexus

Randomly dropped when I destroyed two or three bots and two turrets, apparently turrets also count

You need to kill 10 opponents in one use of the ingot; to make it easier, use the Cancellation Syndrome improvements (dealing damage to the enemy, they restore energy) Video guide (ru) with all the trophies for the ingots.
