Play through each of the initial areas until you are back at the start of the loop.

To be clear, this achievement will not pop until you first see the contents of Colt's safe, which is a level after the first loop finishes. Thanks to ErebosDeimos for clarifying.

This achievement isn’t bugged, your guide is wrong. You don’t get this achievement after completing the first loop, but after going back to your safe in the second loop. You will have a chat with yourself, and you get some directions. After the other Colt disappears this achievement pops.

‘The Longest Day’ is your first proper mission in Deathloop. It’s part of the story, which when followed will introduce you to Blackreef, the mechanics and what you need to do to escape. The achievement will unlock when you return to Colt’s safe during the day and get access to the LPP.
