So for this one you need to be randomly selected to be Infected. Then from there as you perform infected tasks you level and gain more mutators. The mutators are granted by interacting with specific items on each map, say a piece of furniture or what not that has a specific "mutator" overlay when you look at it, they really stand out. From there use to pull up your mutations menu, and then activate it. Some matches you'll have several to use.
