When you finish games, you can unlock items,subjects or terrors cosmetics. If you get any cosmetic, go to the collection section, press on items, subjects or terrors, go to the item, subject or terror for which you have obtained the cosmetic, press A to select it and press Y (skins), now you will see the cosmetic, press A on it, then X to equip and you will get the achievement.
