This achievement is not as hard as it sounds because you can do this in the lobby before the game starts!
You need to pick your character first and then deploy. While the time is running down, you can focus on this achievement. It can also be done in game proper but it may give away you are actually a player.
Press right on the d-pad and your character will throw out a calling card. Keep doing this quickly and your character will spam calling cards in the lobby. Once you have thrown 100 (either in game or in the lobby), the achievement will pop.
