Even easier way to do this than having to find all of them throughout a match. If you go up to the top of the stairs by the boardroom. On the left will be the firing range. The room just past this has all 5 sitting on the table in there, saves time compared to getting all 5 in a normal game.

There are 5 different colours of upgrades which can be found at various locations on every map. To unlock this, you need to be holding all 5 colours at once.

The upgrades are found in small safes that require intel to open.

Grey (1 Intel): Found in public areas all over the map
Green (3 Intel): Usually found in staff rooms and areas
Blue (5 Intel): Usually found in guard stations and areas
Purple (8 Intel): Found in Technician areas including potential Vault Terminal Locations (but only when there isn't a vault terminal) and in and around the vault.
Gold: Unlocked by hacking a Vault Terminal or the package.

Killing a rival agent will also make them drop their upgrades which can then be collected.

(Note that you can customise your upgrades outside of matches, but this won't affect the available colours or locations, just the effect they will have when picked up)
