How to unlock the Deep For Speed achievement in Deep Rock Galactic - Definitive Guide
Deep Dives are unlocked as soon as you have promoted your first dwarf, and you can only play them with a promoted character. The Deep Dive screen is located in the Space Rig near the large window. They consist of three dives similar to normal missions, but have secondary objectives which are mandatory. Your health, ammo and minerals carry over to the second and third dive, and failing at any point will mean restarting the whole deep dive. There is no Hazard setting for deep dives, but I would assume it is on Hazard 3.
The deep dive changes every week, and some can be considerably more difficult and time consuming than others. Therefore, you may have to wait for a short deep dive with objectives that can be done quickly. However, the layout of the deep dive will stay the same for a given week, so you can get used to the caves and where the important objective items are.
The deep dive I completed took 28:13 with one other player, and it consisted of:
Stage 1 - Two Dreadnoughts and 150 Morkite.
Stage 2 - Seven Aquarqs and one Dreadnought.
Stage 3 - Two mini M.U.L.E.s and four eggs.
These were really easy to complete quickly, and I managed to do it again on solo, taking a few extra minutes. If you have missions such as escorting the Drilldozer or refining liquid morkite, these are very time consuming and will make the achievement much harder.
To summarise, come back every week and try out the deep dive to see what missions are involved until you get one similar to mine with easy/quick objectives.
Update: This guide was written back when there was only one dreadnought type, the regular Glyphid Dreadnought (and could be killed after depleting the armour/shield 3 times instead of 4). The other two types (specifically the Hiveguard) usually take longer to kill and thus increase the overall time. However, even considering these, I should have still had enough time to complete the dive in under 45 minutes.

I haven't tried this yet, but I am currently Blue level 173 and know the game well.
Your guide is well written with good advice. (Most guides are only worthy as comments.)
7th thumbs up from me.
