This achievement is self-explanatory but all you need to do is get each dwarf (Driller, Gunner, Engineer and Scout) to level 25, then complete an assignment mission to unlock the promotion, which is available in the Space Rig after going up the lift to the left of the Equipment screen. The promotion requires a small fee of cash and some minerals.
You can complete the assignment missions as any dwarf so I recommend using a different dwarf otherwise the XP will go to waste as it is maxed at level 25.
Fast ways to level-up:
- Playing double XP events that can be seen when selecting the mission.
- Completing the optional objectives which gives you bonus XP, usually equivalent to half of the main objective.
- Missions give each player the same amount of XP no matter how late they join the game, so joining missions that have been ongoing for a while can be a quick way to earn XP.

To promote a dwarf you need to level up to 25, then take and complete the promotion assignment.
For each dwarf promoted, you get an achievement :
The Corporate Climber achievement in Deep Rock Galactic worth 22 pointsPromote any two Dwarves at least once.
The Hat Trick achievement in Deep Rock Galactic worth 25 pointsPromote any three Dwarves at least once.
The Full Team Ahead achievement in Deep Rock Galactic worth 27 pointsPromote all four Dwarves at least once.
