How to unlock the Happy Feet achievement in Deep Rock Galactic - Definitive Guide
After completing the Introduction mission you will be sent to the hub.
Once you leave your room you will enter a hanger of sorts and on the right hand side you will find a Jukebox opposite the Abyss Bar.
This jukebox will charge you 2 credits for every song played but you just need to keep using the jukebox and standing still so your character starts dancing.
Do not move about as this negates the dancing effect. Do this for 1 straight hour or cumulative and the achievement is yours.
By going for this you will also unlock the Disc Jockey achievement.
Edit: Your character will only dance for around 1 minute for every song played so you will need to keep resetting the jukebox and character.
Thanks to E vee dub for pointing this out

Good observation on the 2 credits cost. I hadn't noticed it all the times I used the jukebox. Still working towards it every mission or so.
I timed a song and it played for pretty much one minute exactly.
So, it will cost 120 credits to invest in the 1 hour of dance time minimum

Great guide already by Nathan6260 here.
Just wanted to add something for Windows 10 on a PC:
In the Options-Menu, under the Sub-Menu "Graphics" you can choose to play "Fullscreen" or "Windowed".
If you window the game down, you can do someelse on your PC at the same time.
Just have your sound turned on, and when the music turns off, back to the game, press "E" again on keyboard for you dwarf to move his feet again.
That way, you don't just sit around and wait for an hour... Although I highly recommend watching some of those dance skills for the next party!
Helps you also towards this ...
