Regular crawling glyphids have weak spots in their faces, flying and shooting glyphids have glowing weak spot pustules, and larger glyphids have weak spots in their butts AKA abdomen. You’ll know you hit when their damage bars turn yellow as they deplete. The achievement tracker will keep track of how many you have out of 1000 but it will appear secret.
