How to unlock the Rock Solid achievement in Deep Rock Galactic - Definitive Guide
This achievement may seem impossible at first but it isn't extremely difficult if you get lucky. I did this on my third try, after failing at two and three in a row. You don't have to do these in order I don't think, all that is required is that you complete 5 Hazard 5 missions without failing one.
Credit goes to "B4ms3M0rd3r" for saying that closing the game (not aborting mission) just before failing will keep your current progress, making this achievement easier and I wish I'd known this at the time!
I did this solo, and I used the driller. I upgraded Bosco (AI drone) to have two extra revives so I had a total of 4 revives. Initially I used the flamethrower and did 4 egg egg-hunts. I did them on Glacial Strata as the Praetorians freeze you rather than damage you and the freeze isn't so bad as you can break free in a couple of seconds. However, this is where I failed at two in a row, so intead I tried the Cryo Cannon (primary unlockable weapon as the driller). This deals with regular enemies and Praetorians better than the flamethrower once its fully upgraded, but it is not as good against the Opressors, Bulk Detonators and Dreadnoughts as it becomes difficult to freeze them and they break free very quickly. My secondary weapon was the plasma charger, which did have an overclock which increased damage but reduced ammo.
With this setup, it didn't matter what map area I played, as long as it was a 4 egg egg-hunt. I got to three in a row and a Bulk Detonator spawned during a swarm, and I accidentally triggered a BET-C robot so I was completeley overwhelmed. This is what I meant by getting lucky, although really it's not getting unlucky.
Strategy:
I would try to kill all enemies whilst getting the eggs so I wouldn't get trapped, and also tried to leave eggs that were close to each other till last. Then, I could quickly put them into the M.U.L.E and call for extraction. I also found that if I drilled through all the dirt areas at the spawn, I could create a loop so I would not get trapped and could keep circling the area whilst killing enemies. However, this may not work if the map has sheer drops.
Notes:
Sometimes, during a swarm I would drill into the wall for a bit so the enemies could only come from one direction and then used the Cryo Cannon to freeze them all. This conserves ammo but can be dangerous if you get overwhelmed as you are trapped. Try this out if you want but be warned.
Most of the time I did not need a supply drop, so I ignored Nitra and just went for the eggs. However, my last mission for the achievement I ran out of ammo and had to gather 80 Nitra whilst a swarm was after me which wasn't easy, so it is up to you, but the longer you are in the mission, the more chance you have of dying.
For enemies with more health, as soon as I froze them with the cryo cannon, I would switch to the plasma charger and unload on them.
Update: If this strategy is not working for you, Aethra and Ryokishine have suggested Point Extraction missions as the Scout as an alternative (and possibly easier) method. You can read their guides in the comments below.

You can quit the game(dont abort mission, close the game) if you are about to fail, and it will not affect progress on the achievement. Same goes for the other 2 similar achievements. Did mine in 7 solo missions, quitting 2 of them after super unlucky enemy spawns...

Thanks B4ms3M0rd3r for the tip! I've added it to the guide.

There is a couple of ways of doing this achievement, which is self explanatory. The easiest is to gather a group of 4 people and play a egg hunt that has duration and cave complexity level one. Ignore all the events and minerals and rush trought the eggs while being together with your partners, and call the drop pod once the objetive is completed. Other strategies involve positioning each team member in each egg and breaking them at the same time, depositing and calling drop pod.
Some observations: If you lose one game, or play a game in other difficulty, the achievement will reset to zero and you will need to do another consecutive five games from the beggining.
Also, if you die, but your team escapes, it couts as a victory, so just rush to the drop pod only reviving people if it's necessary or very easy.
Perks recommended: Doctor perk that allows you to revive instantly and iron will, to survive at all costs.

It’s better to do it in a team of at least 2 people (with the four of us it was very easy to pass), you need 1 driller and preferably a gunner (to throw the dome).
Choose a mission for morkite; if available, order beer at the bar for increased morkite production (you can do without it, but it’s faster).
In the mission itself, quickly run to the morkite deposits, not paying attention to the side mission, 3-5 large deposits should be enough. If you are lucky with the cave and do everything quickly, you will have time to collect the morkite before the wave of mobs.
If they announce the approach of a wave, you can dig a long cave as a driller, and in it, with the whole team, shoot the enemies who climb in.
On the contrary, the driller can directly drill a tunnel to the ship, while the team covers the tunnel from the rear. You can throw a dome to prevent mobs from following you, but keep in mind that you may still need the dome while you wait for the molly.
Only the host can have access to difficulty level 5; others do not have to have it.
Repeat this 5 times, the races are short, up to 10 minutes.

In solo 5 missions in a row POINT EXTRACTION, it’s convenient to play as a scout, plus help from Bosco
At the beginning of the mission, you can collect nitra for one capsule of ammunition, this is enough for the mission. Also tell the robot where to drop stones.

If you close the game just before the defeat using the “PS button - Close application”, the streak will not be reset.
