Hello hunters.
The most efficient way to obtain this is in co op,
The first thing you need to do is start up a mission but do NOT enter the drop pod if you are host.
You will need to have one person stood at the top of the ladder leading to the drop pod.
You will have to head to the second floor of the space rig. On the second floor of the space rig is multiple barrels right above the catwalk leading to the drop pod.
This is the tricky bit. You need to line them up with the catwalk below and kick them over the railing. Your partner below will make sure they dont roll off the catwalk, get your co op partner to kick it inside the pod and into a seat as you will set off the countdown to the mission. Giving them plenty of time to get the barrels into position.
Both host and co op partner(s) will unlock the achievement a few seconds after the last barrel is in place.

Just did this with a friend and I popped it but he didn’t? Don’t know if it’s host only or if it was just a fluke?

Divine fear, its a very buggy achievement list, I had 3 of us with me when we did it, me and another got it but the 3rd didn't.

This will take some patience as I found because there is no way to pick up the barrels and place them, You have to manoeuvre the barrels by kicking them up the ladder and into the Drop Pod.
First select a mission on the terminal and this will open the doors for the drop pod, Once the doors are open try to kick barrels up the ladder and then place them over the 4 seats located in the pod.
Be careful as when you enter the pod this will begin the countdown to start the mission if you are playing solo otherwise I believe all members of the party have to be in at the same time.
