On the BET: 106 & Park map, in the center of the map, you will see metal gratings. Smash the gratings and electricity will periodically arc from the base of the wall. Ensure that your opponent is defeated by this arcing electricity. (The electricity will arc whenever a big bassline hits.)

Go to the BET 106 & Park arena. Right in the middle of the area is a giant screen. When damaged, it reveals a giant electric prop. Whenever the bass hits, a huge spark of electricity surges out. Finish your opponent of with that spark for the achievement.
