On the Executive Suite map, on the right side of the map, you will see elevator doors. Smash the doors and they will periodically open. Grab and throw your opponent into the elevator shaft, and this will be an instant kill and win you this achievement. (The doors will open whenever a big bassline hits.)
This can be done on Hard difficulty in a solo match, or (until March 16, 2010) in a ranked match.

I'd just like to add that the timing of the throw should be after the elevator is opened and timed with the bassline exactly. In addition, a good song to try this with Ghostface Killah's "The Champ (Remix)" specifically because the basslines have a slight riff queue before they boom.

For this achievement, go to the Executive Suite arena. To the right of the arena, is an elevator. When damaged, the doors open, revealing the empty shaft. When the bass hits, throw your opponent all the way down the elevator for the achievement.
