On the Block map, on the left side of the map, you will see a car next to an electricity pole. Once damaged, the transformer will fall from the pole onto the car and will periodically arc electricity. Ensure that your opponent is defeated by the arcing electricity. (The electricity will arc whenever a big bassline hits.)
This can be done on Hard difficulty in a solo match, or (until March 16, 2010) in a ranked match.

For this achievement, go to the Block arena. On the left side of the area, you'll see an electric pole with a car parked right next to it. Damage the fuse box on the pole, and during bass hits, the rear end of the car will blow up. Finish your opponent off with this explosion for this achievement.
