How to unlock the Mixtape achievement in DEF JAM: ICON - Definitive Guide

From the Xbox 360 Dashboard, go to music and add at least one song to a playlist. Name the playlist "Def Jam Icon" and save it. Start up Def Jam: Icon and enter My Soundtrack. After you choose your fighters, choose play your "Def Jam Icon" soundtrack and choose the style of the soundtrack.

You must have at least one song saved to your 360 in a playlist. From the main menu, select My Soundtrack, and choose to use your own saved playlist. Choose the fighters, and when the fight starts, the achievement will unlock.
