On the Rooftop map, in the center of the map, you will see a helicopter flying above. The tail will whip down and strike just in front of the right side corner of the helicopter landing pad. Ensure your opponent is defeated when the tail of the helicopter whips down strikes him. (The tail will whip whenever a big bassline hits.)
This can be done on Hard difficulty in a solo match, or (until March 16, 2010) in a ranked match.

For this achievement, go to the Rooftop arena. At the very center of it is a landing pad with a helicopter floating above. Whenever the bass hits, the helicopter's tail sweeps the corner of the landing pad, damaging whoever is caught. Use this helicopter to defeat your opponent for the achievement.
