For this, you must complete all of the Timing challenges in the career. Timing challenges require simply obtaining the highest score you can. 5 Mic scores are not required, but you WILL need to earn 5 Mics if going for the "Microphone Fiend!" achievement. There are 3 Timing Challenges in the game. The first is Young Jeezy's "Put On" in Stage 1, the second is Slick Rick's "Children's Story" in Stage 4, and the last is Twista's "Slow Jamz" in Stage 5. Complete all three, and the achievement unlocks at the summary screen of the final one completed.

The hardest of them is Twista of course, and the only real strategy here is repetition. After enough tries, you will know the words, even if they do come at a ridiculous pace, and then it's a combination of skill and luck to hit enough syllables in a row to nail down the 5 Mics. It took me 12-15 tries, but the segment of song is short.
