This will come naturally while going for ‘Microphone Fiend!’. Simply get a 3-mic performance or better on 5 songs that mention a city. This can be done on Easy difficulty.

On Point requires a 3-Mic Rating at the end of a song. This should be no problem, considering it can be attained on easy, and you will play far more than 5 songs which mention a city by name throughout the career. This is guaranteed along the way to "Microphone Fiend!" and cannot be missed.
