Make sure 2 microphones are plugged in, go to Party mode, then pick out your best song, select BATTLE, and rap into BOTH microphones at the same time. You are trying to hit 25 rap targets in a row (the gold bubbles at the bottom and top of the screen). You can do this on Easy difficulty.

Choose the song that you know best. Choose Easy difficulty, and change "Solo" to "Battle". Now rap the song as you normally would, but do so into both mics at the same time. Both mics are looking for the same words at the same time in Battle mode, so all you need to do is hit a 25 beat streak. Because you are operating both mics, the streak will count for both parties at the same time. The achievement will pop at the results screen.
